There are a few people who one could never do without. Dave is one of them! His knowledge of how the systems work, and his diagnostic capabilities are always reassuring and continue to solve our problems. The fact that his history with our house and its quirkiness goes back many years, and that familiarity is useful indeed. He even climbed on the roof when the Sky man wouldn't get off the ground!
